When you need a little pick me up

Finding you need some encouragement? We have some sayings for a variety of situations, enjoy!

When you’re struggling to keep your eyes awake at your desk…

I love the smell of possibility in the morning!

Every morning you have two choices: continue to sleep with your dreams or wake up and chase them.

Each morning we are born again, what we do today is what matters most.

Life is waking up an hour early to live an hour more.

When you’re overwhelmed with everything you have to do at work…

Be gentle with yourself, you’re doing the best you can.

Sometimes it takes an overwhelming breakdown to have an undeniable breakthrough.

If the finish line looks too far away, don’t look at it. Just look down at your feet and take your next, best step.

It always seems impossible until it’s done.

When you’re in a bad mood…

Be strong enough to let go and wise enough to wait for what you deserve.

We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same.

Be the love you never received.

When you haven’t had your morning coffee…

Today is like coffee, it will be as good as you make it.

Coffee is my favorite way to trick myself into doing something.

Be amazing today, but first coffee.

When you can’t decide if you’re going to the gym later…

Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.

Your workouts are important meetings you scheduled with yourself. Bosses don’t cancel.

Workout because you love your body, not because you hate it.

When you feel depressed…

Don’t let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.’

A certain darkness is needed to see the stars.

When you’re feeling anxious…

Worrying is like walking around with an umbrella waiting for it to rain.

If you don’t let it out, you’ll let it eat you away.

In order to move on you must understand why you felt how you did and why you no longer need to feel it.

Sometimes you’ve go to be able to listen to yourself and be okay with no one else understanding.

When you experience loss…

Mostly it is loss which teaches us about the worth of things.

Grief never ends, but it changes. It’s a passage, but not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith, it is the price for love.

How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.

When you’re feeling grumpy…

I’m going to stand outside. So if anyone asks I’m outstanding.

My dentist told me I needed a crown. I was like ‘I know right?!’

I’m too busy working on my own grass to notice if yours is greener.

When the day is just going by so slowly…

Never give up on a dream because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyways.

Don’t wait for the opportunity, create it.

Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life.

When you made a mistake…

Making mistakes are better than faking perfections.

Mistakes are painful when they happen, but years later a collection of mistakes is called an experience.

The past is where you learn the lesson. The future is where you apply the lesson.

The biggest mistake you could ever make is being too afraid to make one.

While the tips provided can be useful and help boost your mental health there are times when it is necessary to seek the help of a healthcare professional.
